If you don't belong to a regular Chapter:

 Mail your completed application form, and a copy of a letter
 from an editor or agent showing you queried them or submitted 
your manuscript to them, and a computer disk or CD-Rom with your 
entire manuscript in .rtf or .doc format  or a copy of the completed 
work; if you submitted this work to the Golden Heart contest,
 then you do not need to re-submit the full manuscript.

 OR your completed application form, and a computer disk or 
CD-Rom with your  entire manuscript in .rtf or 
.doc format or a copy of the published work, and a copy 
of the signature page of a contract from a non-RWA 
recognized publisher to the RWA National Office:
