Published Division
FOR EXCELLENCE IN MYSTERY/SUSPENSE PUBLISHED DIVISION 2012
All information is required for entry. For writing teams, each author must complete and sign an entry form.
You are about to be presented with an Adobe PDF form to make it easier for you to submit your entry, and for the coordinators of the Published Division to know that your entry is coming.
Make sure you have read and understand the rules for entry.
When the form has loaded on your screen, fill it out, then click the PRINT button. That will give you a printed copy of the form to sign, and to include with the books that you will be sending as entries. You may print as many copies as you wish, but once you submit the form, you will not be able to bring that form back up and will have to fill in another one, if you need another copy. So print as many as you need.
Once you have printed your copies, then press the SUBMIT button. This will send a copy of your information to the coordinators so that they will know to expect your entry. The submission is for our information only. It helps us to know to be looking for your entry.
You MUST still include an entry form that you printed with your entries.
Note that this form works with Adobe Reader and plugins. We have experienced some problems with the form in Google Chrome and recent versions of the mac (they have their own way of handling PDFs).
