This year’s retreat offers something for writers of all levels:

Bestselling medical suspense author, CJ Lyons will present “Break Free of the Slush Pile: the queries, pitches and hooks you need to get your fiction published” as our Friday afternoon early bird workshop.  Retreat participants will be offered a chance to submit their work for use in the workshop.  

Ms. Lyons will also share her Emergency Room expertise in “Trauma 101.”

Homicide Lieutenant Danny Agan will once again offer retreat favorite “Crime Scene Investigation.”  Danny will answer all your questions about a crime scene, and some you never thought to ask!  He’ll also offer a glimpse in how criminals have deliberately distorted evidence to cover their crimes.

Author, Life Coach, and Professional Psychic, Mary O’Gara will share her knowledge on psychic investigations.
